Home Based Business Reviews – How Do You Avoid Home Based Business Scams?

Some home based business reviews give a small taste of where and how to find good business opportunities. Others are quick to point the finger at home based business scams that seem to prevail. We will take you in depth to set you on a clear path to success and avoid danger.

To begin, these are exciting times we live in.

The world has become smaller as people can reach out and connect with just about anyone at any time. Technology continues to evolve and new incredible innovations and creations are made available ongoing. The internet has made some people extremely wealthy and has destroyed the lives of others with easy access to information and diabolical schemers preying on both the weak and the behemoth corporations and governments. This may make you nervous as you look around and consider opportunities for working from home. Embrace the fear and discover a world that can take you beyond your wildest dreams.

There are home businesses that cover just about every niche and industry you can imagine.

You can find jobs by the hour or salary, or be more of an entrepreneur who is ready to explore your own business. If you want to be truly independent, the only way to do that is your own business. Fortunately, there are many ways to do that without being completely alone. There are tons of opportunities out there that can teach you step by step how to succeed and even provide easy solutions. Some of these even have low costs for start up and don’t get in your way of taking off with unlimited growth.

Some home based business reviews will mention a few of the popular choices like blogging, affiliate marketing, network marketing, or selling on eBay. The reviews that speak of home based business scams will warn about programs like HYIPs, MLMs, surveys, envelope stuffing, or chain letters/emails. But what is the motivation behind these reviews? Are there really scams out there? Is there really a good home based business out there?

The answer is that there is plenty of both. By the way, MLMs are also known as network marketing. However, network marketing tends to get a better reaction when people hear of it. Rather than aimlessly searching for an opportunity, let’s look at your skills and preferences.

Do you have money to invest in a business opportunity?

If so, how much? If you can only spare a few dollars, then you should look for a business that only requires a few bucks and no hidden fees or charges that come later. You may even want to just start with a basic job from home that doesn’t require any fee up front. If you can part with a monthly cost of even $20/month, there are some business opportunities that will help you grow to be very successful if you are dedicated and willing to work hard to build the business. If you have hundreds or thousands, you may even be able to purchase a franchise. Obviously, there’s some franchises that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars.

We have explored many of these opportunities and discovered that it’s best to choose a business (or job) that highlights your strengths and your financial circumstances. We have combined our interest in blogging, affiliate marketing, and even network marketing with partners and systems that we come come to see and feel are the very best in the business. We never have to bother a neighbor, a friend at church, or family member to join our opportunity. We never have to make a cold call to anyone. We have used the power of the internet and our interest in great systems, products, and people, to build a dream come true. And not just financially, but from a human value perspective, we are living our dreams. We invite you to do the same.

After all is said and done…

You can read tons of home based business reviews and learn about the many home based business scams. If you will stick to your strengths and find common systems and people to work with, you will achieve your dreams, too.

Do you have experiences with home based business reviews or home based business scams you would like to share? Do you have successes or failures? Please share with us and the community below.

BeBiz Review – Does BeBiz Really Do The Dirty Work And You Get The Profits?

There is a BeBiz review that describes the product promoted at www.bebiz.com as an “automated internet business builder”. The website itself describes the product as “your eBusiness launching software”. This product seems to be an automated solution that is designed to help new internet marketers jump-start their business.

Bebiz.com claims that with their product, you can start an internet business without your own product or even a website. The website further claims that you do not need to have any experience to make your first online income in a matter of a few days.

According to them, all you need to do is to follow four simple steps which are identifying a lucrative market where there is high demand, think of a product that that market will love, use their product to instantly create a website and follow their guidelines to create a killer sales copy.

BeBiz review: How the product works

The website claims to do all the ground work for you. Those who buy into it are taught how to do market research, in order to find a profitable niche. They are then guided into selecting appropriate products they can sell as well as setting up systems for that. They are also provided with a program they can use to create customized and attention grabbing sales letters. A website for promoting the products is then set up, complete with methods of receiving payments. They are also taught how to develop contact lists and drive traffic to the website.

BeBiz review: The founder

BeBiz was founded by Derek Geh. Derek is associated with the internet marketing center, which is an educational facility that has been operational for more than ten years. He is said to have led the facility into producing online marketers that have made tremendous success in online business.

Summary of BeBiz review

It is not very clear how much the product costs. However, it sounds like something one would want to try given that all the ground work it claims to do is what has prevented most people from making online success. From a first look, you may be tempted to think that the product will make money for you without your involvement. That is far from the truth. You will have to actively use it if you are to make any money online.

Have you ever used this automated internet business builder by BeBiz and have some important information that we missed in this BeBiz review? We would be very glad if you shared your experience with us. Please post your comment below.

SMCorp Reviews: All the Information You Need

SMCorp Reviews: All the Information You Need

The first time one hears about the SMCorp opportunity to make money, they rush to Google and search for SMCorp reviews. Well, we also did that and what we discovered is a world of mixed information about this opportunity. That might not leave you with useful information to help you decide whether or not you should buy into the opportunity, so we took time to put together what you will find beneficial for your decision making.

Here’s what you need.

What is the business opportunity on Smcorp.com all about?

This is the only point at which all the Smcorp reviews seem to give the same information, so we will only state it as it is. The idea behind Smcorp business opportunity is to become a sales representative for the company. The company has a wide open range of products from giftware to thousands of merchandise.

How exactly does it work?

The website promoting the business opportunity claims that once you become a member, you get access to thousands of products that are on high demand. You also get the chance to choose which products you would like to deal with. The products are in categories of toys and games, garden, household, kitchen, or electronics products. You are then supposed to look for people interested in buying the products, make the order through SMCorp, and sell them at whatever price you will have agreed with the buyer.

About the Founder

Over 60 years ago SMC founder Abe Levine first conceived of a novel idea: he would warehouse vast quantities of giftware and general merchandise, and instead of hiring a sales force, he’d put people into business for themselves selling that product. Their Mission is to help people achieve their dreams and goals.

How much can one make money with this opportunity?

It is not guaranteed that you will make any money at all. If you read some of the Smcorp reviews available online, you will find people saying that they bought into the opportunity but never made any money. However, the idea behind the SMCorp business opportunity seems legit. The only challenge is that the members will have to figure out how to get the people to buy their products at prices that will leave you with a good profit. That means that the amount of money you can make with this opportunity is dependent on how well you can market and how many sales you will be able to secure.

Do you know something that would help us make these SMCorp reviews better? We would love to hear from you. Please share your experiences with us by posting your comment below.

Global Travel Network Scam: Taking a Closer Look

Global Travel Network Scam: Taking a Closer Look

Global travel network scam is a term used by some people who have issues against this company called Global Travel Network. At this point, I will not make my judgment on whether or not global travel network is a scam. That is why I have put together the following information to help you have a clear picture of what the company is all about.

What is Global Travel Network?

As the name suggests, global travel network is a company that offers services in the travel industry. The company claims that its members benefit from a world of offers such as condominium packages, advice on how to save on airline reservations, car rental, tour packages, and cruises that help members save a great deal a few times a year.

Why do people talk of global travel network scam?

One thing worth noting at this point is that there are several other travel agencies that are very similar to global travel network. Some of these agencies have tainted credibility and a good number of them are nothing but pure scam. Now, since Global Travel Network is also a travel agency, there is a tendency to think of it as a scam too, but that may not be necessarily the case.

So is there something to this supposed global travel network scam?

The best way to get to the bottom line of that issue is to look at some aspects of the company. Have a look at the following:

Pros

• Global Travel Network was accredited by the Better Business Bureau in February 2004 and was given an A+ rating
• It has had only 75 complaints in the last three years, most of which have been about advertising and sales

Cons

• Most of its complaints have been in the last 12 months
• Only a third of its complaints have been on its products and services.

If someone is promising one thing and giving another, that would seem to justify calling their business a scam. Offering good services for a fee doesn’t necessarily constitute a scam. You can argue whether the services you pay for are good or that the price is fair. I recommend learning all you can about the business you want to be part of and encourage you to choose what’s best for you.

Russ Dalbey Scam Exposed: Things He Will Not Tell You

Russ Dalbey Scam Exposed: Things He Will Not Tell You

Who is Russ Dalbey?

Search that name on the internet and most reviews will describe him as the man behind the Russ Dalbey scam. Well, Dalbey is a self-made millionaire (that’s according to what he claims) and the CEO of the Dalbey Education Institute that teaches people how to make money from cash flow systems and runs the popular Americas Note Network home business opportunity. He specializes in teaching people how to make money using cash flow notes in real estate with his program “Winning in the Cash Flow Business.”

The cash flow notes business

Making money from cash flow notes is a legitimate business that involves someone acting as a broker in real estate. That means, you individually find someone who is interested in selling property and another one interested in buying the same, and bring them together. Based on the agreement you reach with the seller, you determine a price that will give you a profit and this is what you communicate to the buyer. Once the deal is sealed, you keep the profit and leave the two parties to transact the deed.

So why call it the Russ Dalbey scam?

The business itself is legitimate but what makes Dalbey’s offer appear to be a scam is the fact that what he promises to teach you through his program, comes up short in what he delivers. You will be required to pay $159 for a start up kit consisting of three manuals, a CD-ROM on finding notes easy, a DVD on first steps to success, a companion audio set and five publications.

The information on these materials may not be enough to get you started and therefore may not be worth the amount paid. Also, with the amount of money that Dalbey makes you believe you can easily make, and what the reality holds, it’s not a stretch to conclude the Russ Dalbey scam may not be far from the truth.

One of the biggest and recurring complaints about his system is that when you call his company for customer service support, the call center staff seek to sell you more products and systems. Aggressive upselling techniques are usually a great detractor from a legitimate business opportunity. Perhaps Dalbey is making good money, but the new business owners may be left out.

Occasionography Business Opportunity: Is It Worth Your Investment?

The occasionography business opportunity seems to be a different kind of an opportunity, compared to many other online opportunities. The product that the people who buy into this opportunity sell is clearly defined well in advance. This is something that is not common with many online opportunities.

What does the opportunity entail?

The business is generally about making personalized products to help people better celebrate special occasions in their lives. To be specific, the business involves personalized candy wrapping. Occasionography provides candy wrappers pre-printed with attractive colors and designs on high quality material. Your task is to simply print, on the wrapper, the personalizing message or picture that the customer sends.

Can one really make a good business wrapping candies?

Well, according to occasionography.com, businesses running on opportunities similar to the occasionography business opportunity have been there for over 10 years, and booming. The website claims that the secret to the success of the business is the fact that people never seem to stop celebrating graduations, weddings, birthdays and other key life occasions.

What you need to have

To benefit from the occasionography business opportunity you need a PC and a printer, preferably a color laser printer. You then need to pay a one-time $495 or an initial payment of $295 followed by 2 monthly payments of $125 each, for a startup kit from occasionography. The startup kit consists of many things including the software for designing and printing labels, training manuals and samples. It also seems like you will have to find the customers yourself, which means you will need to be good at marketing and put much effort into selling.

About the Founder

Occasionography was created by Robert Ramey, when he was seeking out a way other than the standard cigar to announce the birth of his son. Back in 1999, Robert combined the idea of a chocolate bar birth announcement with his already existing magazine company and started Cherubs n’ Chocolate.

Now, there are 48 different styles of standard-sized, chocolate bar birth announcements that can each be personalized with your baby’s birth date, weight, length, and name along with information about the proud parents, siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles or Godparents. Also, there are at least 10 layouts that have a special place where you can include your baby’s picture on the wrapper.

Gradually the plans came together and more people joined in with diverse ideas and merchandise for this Occasionography business opportunity.

Freedom42.Com: Is Their Home Based Business Worth Investing In?

If you have been keen on the radio shows that promote online business opportunities, you may have heard some talk about freedom42.com. At first, it may not be clear what the website has to offer or what their business opportunity is all about. We took a careful look into the company and their website and discovered that it is a Multi-Level Marketing opportunity that they offer. We want to also point out that this company is also known by the name Freedom 84 and has a website at Freedom84.com.

Their product

Freedom42.com is actually affiliated to and sells Herbalife products. This is a product that is being promoted by many other websites, a fact that is bound to raise eyebrows from anyone who is familiar with the internet marketing field. This website seems to be an exact replica of other websites offering the same opportunity, which is one potential characteristic of a scam.

But is freedom42.com a scam?

Let us first address the issue of the website’s similarity with others. Freedom42.com and the other websites that are similar are actually the same; that is, they bear exactly the same content, but with different domain names. The owner of the website then advertises the different websites on different radio shows.

The strategy here is to determine which radio shows are more effective in advertising. With the different names, the owners are then able to determine which show is worth investing more in.

About the Founder of the Website

Freedom42.com and Freedom84.com is registered to Premier Team International. They are based in Victor, California. They registered Freedom 42 in March of 2008 and Freedom 84 in January 2007. We were unable to unveil any further information about the Founder.

In Summary

The products that freedom42.com offers, that is Herbalife products, are otherwise real and with many people in need of them. If you join the website’s MLM program and make your marketing good enough, you could actually realize good sales of the product and make a tidy income. Because of the lack of access to info and privacy of this company, we think you would be better off going directly through Herbalife if you want a distributorship with them. Through Herbalife you will have a much easier time getting full disclosure about their opportunities.

A Close Look At www.youllretire.com: Is it a Scam?

A Close Look At www.youllretire.com: Is it a Scam?

What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you get to a website that tells you “All you do is count the cash”? You may expect to see a website with the ultimate online money making program. Well, that is the header that you will find on the first page of www.youllretire.com. Read on to find out whether the website delivers on this promise.

What is this website all about?

Www.youllretire.com is a website that offers training on how to use Scott Miller’s People’s Program. This program is based on the cash gifting scheme. This scheme is one that has received many negative opinions from people. But before you brush this website aside, or make an investment in it, it is good to take a deeper look at its products and payment programs.

What is Cash Gifting?

In the most basic terms, a cash gift is exactly as it sounds, a sum of money given as a gift. In more complicated terms, it is the act of giving another entity or private individual funds of real value without previous or future commitment and without any type of coercion. This is not how the free market economy works. The free market works best when both parties have skin the game where goods or services are exchanged for something else of similar value (usually money).

Www.youllretire.com scam signs

One thing that raises suspicion about this website is the fact that it is not clear what the product that the website sells is all about. Secondly, the website does not clearly detail its payment program and a deep investigation reveals that the program appears to be based on a pyramid structure.

The danger in such a scheme is that the people at the top benefit from all the people below them. Meanwhile, these people will have to wait till there are people below them, to start benefiting. The cash gifting from new entrants is used to pay the old ones in which case the funds may run out towards the bottom of the pyramid.

Conclusion

www.youllretire.com has many reasons to be doubted. The lack of clear information on their product, payment program and the different levels of entry is bound to raise suspicion. Cash gifting programs in general are cause for additional due diligence before investing.
