The Forever Living Products business opportunity is a typical MLM structure. Their website claims that it is your chance to make a lasting income by simply setting up a powerful team of marketers. The products that the company offers are indeed in high demand today. The business structure that the company offers is also legal and ethical. Although the company’s website does not promise that you will become a millionaire by buying into their MLM opportunity, it has focused much attention on the business opportunity. The people who consume their products would argue that they put just as much focus on their high quality products. While the company’s MLM opportunity is free, you will have to pay for the products you will be distributing.

As a side note, we have used many of their products for several years and enjoy them very much. Also, we have frequent contact with a couple of distributors for this company and they wholeheartedly feel this is a viable business.

What they serve doesn’t matter to us but yes if the product served by them have the result qualities and helps us to achieve a better health, then no consumer will have a question about that.

We all got together over dinner over the weekend and decided to seek legal counsel. We had a former employee that was recently forced out due to Jack, come forward and talk about what happened to her. She said she had documentation of everytime he harassed her and sure enough she did. He sexually harassed her badly several times and when she threatened to take him to HR he told her if she did that then he would make sure she was fired and he would sabotage her credibilty every chance he got. He put the fear of God in her so bad that she was afraid to go to HR. She was a supervisor on the same shift as him and when an opening on another shift became available she took it to get away from him. He was her relief for the next shift and after she would leave he would hook up pumps and hoses wrong and then take pictures of them and send them to there boss and tell them that her guys were hooking things up the wrong way and that she was aware of it and didn’t care. He did all kinds of things and told all kinds of lies about her work to there bosses. They started writing her up for not doing her job but what he didn’t know was that one of the QC girls caught him doing it and told her of it the day she was fired. They both said they will join in our attempt to get Jim And Jack out of here so this company can be the good company it once was before these to guys worked here. The law firm says that our documentation is excellent and that we have a very very strong case so we will see what happens who knows good may prevail bad after all.

      Caine,

      Thank you,

      Kevin & Suzanne

  3. Caine says:

    Hi Kevin and Suzanne
I am still here because jobs are hard to come by even with an education, besides I have it stuck in my hard head that I can somehow make things here turn around albeit very quietly because ifJim should ever find out that you have spoke against him your career with Aloe Vera of America will be very short. I have spoken with my parents several times about this but in the end I know I have to use my head because being unemployed is not an option. There is only 1 person in the. HR department at the Dallas plant and when I walked in her office to discuss these issues and the fear everyone has of Jim I changed my mind rather quickly because before I began to talk she said ” oh my what a day, Jim is in France for the week and we just all feel like orphans.” Then she said ” We all are so afraid we are going to make the wrong decision about even the smallest thing, and you know how mad he can get, I need my job ” and then she laughed nervously and thats when I decided to tell her that I forgot what I wanted to talk to her about and went back to the lab. His right hand man Jack sexually harasses some of the non- english speaking women there so bad that they cry in the locker room. I dont want to be a martyr but this place is a bad dream. By the way everyone at work is reading this blog and are talking about going to HR as a group to see if we can’t change things. I hope it works.

      Caine,

If all this is true, then we strongly encourage you to get legal counsel. There is a real possibility that an attorney would be willing to settle payment through the winnings if you can get the group of employees behind it.

  4. Caine says:

Please please do not use products from this company as they are made in the most filthy deplorable conditions. I am currently working there and was recruited straight from college to work in the lab at the Dallas, Texas plant. They use expired raw materials in there drinks even though both I and the chemist Ben have fought them on this issue. China does not want them to use Netamycin in any of there drinks exported to China but they put it in there anyway, and when the Chinese distributors come through for a tour they wait till they leave to add it. The raw materials often have debris in them for example dirty gloves in the juice concentrates, pens, paper clips and the like. They sent out pallet after pallet of toothpaste that had metal shavings in it because a pump used to make the toothpaste broke and the metal parts inside the pump were grinding together sending metal shavings through the line and into the product. The drinks are not heated to the proper temps and thus have regular mold growth but they send it out to the distributors to be sold anyway. The Compounding area is filthy with pulp and oils and powder all over the place and left there for workers to walk through. The pulp on the floor is slippery with mold and the drains back up and the hoses used to make product with will lay on the floor in this backed up filthy water and then picked up and used without even being cleaned, they just dump the dirty water out of them and hook them to the tank. The Compound manager Jim Boggus knows these things go on and even has his compounders lie or withold info to the Quality department so that product can be sent out no matter whats wrong with it. I dont think the owner Rex Maughn has any idea that any of this is happening but if we tell him then Jim will have us fired just ask the people who have tried….they no longer work here compliments of Jim Boggus.

  5. halo says:

Katy, u don’t go around trashing FLP. Those products are great, its probably ur skin & body that has problems.

  6. Val says:

Hi Katy could you be a bit more specific, where does the palm oil come from that Forever Living Products use, which cosmetic has animal products and which chemicals are avided by other natural beauty companies and why? I would really like to know because the companys products sound as if they are really good for us.. Thanks Val

  7. Katy says:

I started selling Forever living products as a side-line. I am no longer motivated to sell these products because they are not as natural and ethical as they make out; in terms of using palm oil in their supplements, animal products in their cosmetics, as well as chemicals that other natural beauty companies actively avoid using. I think the aloe juice is great though. My advice is that you are passionate about these products before you decide to start selling them as it involves a lot of hard work. Much easier for Mothers who want to set up their business whilst being financially supported by their husband!!!

  8. Malcolm Winch says:

My Wife, who is looking for a job, submitted her C.V. to a number of legal employment agencies. She received a mail from one of these Forever Living companies inviting her to view a presentation on the benefits of buying into this scheme. She asked them to disclose details of how they got hold ofher C.V. They replied, saying they do not keep records.

  9. aloe vera says:

Its like you learn my thoughts! You seem to understand so much about this, like you wrote the e book in it or something. I think that you just can do with a few p.c. to drive the message home a bit, but other than that, that is fantastic blog. A fantastic read. I will certainly be back.

  10. Winn says:

You guys are expressing some interresting opinions about Forever Living.I just want to add a tiny note though…
Although it is true that Forever Living Products has a minimum quota of product sales for its distributors, The company is flexible on how the quota is reached.
Forever gives it’s distributors an option to have their own affiliate website. Distributors can then market FLP products through these sites and sales volumes generated by these sites count towards the quota.
So if a Distributor consistently produced sales through their affiliate website, they wouldn’t have to buy products to resell. However, distributors still get the same retail profit percentage from these sites as if they made the sales themselves.
The products I buy now are for my personal use.

  11. Thank you a bunch for sharing this with all folks you really recognize what you are talking about! Bookmarked. Kindly additionally visit my website =). We could have a link change contract between us

  12. I think that is one of the most significant information for me. And i’m satisfied reading your article. However want to observation on some general things, The site style is perfect, the articles is in reality nice : D. Excellent task, cheers

  13. Resh says:

In my experience it is a very ethical company. You really need to understand how the business work. It was on BBC a couple of weeks ago, referred to as a recession proof business. In uk, it holds the prestigious Investors in peoples award. It is also an award winning member of the Direct Selling Association. The company is also regulated by the office of fair trade. That says something about the company. Of course , you need to be open mined. Feel free to do your own research as well.
