Team Vinh does all the advertising for its members. Their marketing launch is called “Full Throttle” and this is rolled out in waves of progression. Wave 1 began rolling out in early April 2013 and includes marketing through highly influential internet gurus who utilize paid advertising, email blasts, banner ads, PPC, and key social media platforms. Another important part of Wave 1 is radio advertising on approximately 64 highly rated stations during Prime Time (8am – 8pm). How much does TeamVinh International charge for membership?
For you to “hire” this company to do all the business for you, you only need to pay a onetime registration fee of $39.97 and buy 2 V-Paks in order to join one of their teams. Each of these Vpaks costs $99.95. With that, Team Vinh will be ready to help you start making money from the MLM program(s) they have chosen through a thorough and careful scrutiny. Currently, they have an exclusive partnership with Savings Highway (SH), a company that offers what Team Vinh claims to be the best MLM opportunity in the market and at a minimum it is the very best fit for TV.
Signing up with Savings Highway at the Ultimate Membership level will cost you $149.99 per month. There is also an annual fee of $30 with the first year’s fee due at sign up. In total, this is approximately $420 for all of the sign ups and first month. Thereafter, it’s $150/month in SH until V-PAKs are fulfilled. At that point, membership costs are covered by revenues. Once the matrix is full with SH, Ultimate members earn about $137,000 per month. Do not expect this to occur overnight. At the beginning of the launch, some members initially did not have 2 VPAKS filled for a few months. However, now that Full Throttle is kicking into high gear, best estimations are that VPAKS will fill within approximately 60 days. As one can see, this will not strike riches in a short time. New members should expect to pay the monthly SH cost for at least a couple months.
How does the TeamVinh International business model work?
When you buy the 2 V-Paks, 2 personally sponsored members or personal enrollees (PEs) will be placed in your downline in TeamVinh’s network marketing business partner, Savings Highway. These members will start generating commissions for you and they will also buy 2 V-Paks each, which adds another 4 members in your downline. The 4 members will also buy 2 V-Paks each increasing your downline members by 8 and this goes on and on till the matrix gets filled up 15 levels deep.

Steve Gresham is the CEO of this company that began in 2006. He even has a blog for people to learn more about him and his interests. He and his team launched their latest version of this company, called Savings Highway 5.0 in November 2012. This company is now going global and is quickly increasing their list of partners and services. One can save money on many areas of their lives, such as groceries and general discount retail shopping, roadside service, legal services, health savings programs, condo, travel, and hotel savings programs, and much more. Recently, they added discounted gas cards to major merchants.
One can sign up as a free member to enjoy discounted savings on many of these programs. However, the savings opportunities are increased as a paid member. Also, paid members can earn for referrals and also for revenue generated by any items purchased from members personal online stores. Their commission structure is a very unique 2×15 matrix, which makes it easy to build a deep downline. There are various bonus programs, such as car and house payment bonuses, gas card bonuses, and even a company bonus pool.

Exclusive Vinh Le Responses
There has been tons of attention to TeamVinh’s history and background as well as Mr. Le and his business partners. We caught up with him and asked him to address various questions and concerns out there.
Before TV partnered up with SH, they initially considered 3 other programs. They started by affiliating with ASEA and new members could purchase 10 VPAKS at that time. Eventually TV changed to iWowWe and then Bon Voyage. Here’s what Vinh Le says about those earlier programs that did not work out:
“Clarification: TeamVinh was never considered the problem on my journey and development of V. Back then, we allowed 10 VPAKS because ASEA was a Binary program. In any event, Mom: Linda and many were testament this first “failure” … CAUSED by ASEA itself whereby they no longer allowed V to RE-Assign Orphans (ongoing) to fulfill VPAKS. As you may know, when any company structures a “Binary” Matrix, it is naturally UnCivic as the company banks on and is dependent on breakage. Well, they saw that the V System will create a perfect matrix for everyone within our Umbrella, hence ceased it.
Publically, all “MLM” Companies claim to want to “help” people, but per ASEA, iWowWe, and Bon Voyage (was the three companies we tried to integrate with V) – are/is NOT Civic. That is why we took much longer to get to where we are at today. Because finding an MLM Company to jive with V per:
www.TeamVinh.com/MLMCompanyQualification.pdf is literally a “needle in the hay stack”. Long story short, Savings Highway meets those parameters properly. So we Officially Launched in November, and is here in FT now.
Also, FYI: we found that tangible product based companies such as ASEA won’t work per our International presence because intangible products are naturally UNavailalbe in many countries. And that V is truly International and the MLM Company must be so as well (Ying & Yang)”.
Some people have complained about the $19.95/mo fee with iWowWe while no sales or downline were fulfilled. Vinh says:
“Per stated above, iWowWe (Bill Starkey, CEO) decided to no longer allow V to RE-Assign our Orphans to fulfill VPAKS. And, they are claiming “they want to help people”. And we have emails of course on record of this cancellation. And we were Fulfilling VPAKS. Beyond the fact that iWowWe fell out of Compliance with V (my strong stance and usage of proper language), they had a TEN PERSON parameter in their 3x matrix. So for V, every person will need 10 VPAKS to be fulfilled, which is way too exponentially imbalance.
There are many other reasons within why 3rd Party MLM Companies cannot jive with V. But these are the main ones. As common sense dictates, V is Revolutionary and never existed before, so these MLM Companies don’t know our gambit until they find out that we can create a “perfect matrix” with no holes in it per the V Concept/System.”
Another issue brought up by some people is that TVs customer support is not responding. Vinh Le says:
“*This statement is false. Try picking up the phone now and dial the Toll Free line, during business hours, Jay Luck and our Staff directly handles the calls, and any and all emails have been responded to. The only emails we cannot and do not answer are the emails we do NOT receive per the Members Spam or ISP filtration by their ISP’s.
Also, on this journey, by law and regulations, V is a business system and I have been very clear on my communications. V cannot Guarantee anything by Law. However, most people with Logic and Common Sense can see clearly where V is headed. And yes, it does take Time. V just integrated with SH (with full cooperation with its CEO Steve Gresham) And the Chairman of V and its Administration have been moving as fast as they can on the only Concept to rescue not only Individuals within the MLM Industry, but reshape it entirely.
Also, even if it takes 6 months or more before people gets their SH Vpaks. This opportunity is still the best anyone can foresee. Further, of course as FT unravels, I envision the average time line for Vpak fulfillment will be 60 days or less average from here.
In many traditional businesses, it takes:
Hundreds of thousands of dollars to start;
Requires Employees,
Inventory,
Regulations & Compliance,
Staff,
Etc. etc.
And then of course years – usually – before a profit can be realized.
Hence, I do not personally see any other opportunity with this Civic Upside vs. extremely affordable to engage and even with the monthly overhead of SH – it is by far the cheapest investment anyone can make for their future. in my Humble Opinion, if someone does not agree, well go join “Amway”. You will pay more up front to engage, and will pay a LOT MORE PER MONTH for the ATTEMPT to build your “MLM” Business! These are facts and environment now for over 50+ years in the MLM Industry.”
Some people have claimed that a certain TV support staff member offered to fill VPAKS right away with an extra $200 payment. Here’s Vinh Le’s response:
“We first need to authenticate if this rumor is even real. Even if it is, it is fraudulent. We don’t know of subject agent mentioned.”
Is it possible this could be a Ponzi or scam?
There is one more common argument out there of people who accuse this of being a Ponzi or scam. Their strongest argument is that in time, the number of members in TeamVinh (& SH) will grow so high and the financial transactions so great that it will run a natural course to extinction as the people at the top have the full matrices and the people at the bottom are left with little to nothing. Vinh Le says:
“V System/Concept is the ultimate “weapon” for highest of Conversion, Lowest of Resistance, and Lowest of Attrition Rate. Therefore, we will Grow/Viral/Travel at the “speed of light” [Lamborghini vs. Star Trek Enterprise = there is no comparison]. AND, the fact that we chose SH as the MLM company is REASON::: even when the last guy on Earth enters SH, he/she will SAVE MONEY and enjoy the product – even when there is no one left on Earth to enter his SH Downline – (via V of course).
So, yes, this may be a joke of course, but I AM thinking of other “planets” to engage with?”
With so many skeptics out there, we find his sense of humor is good medicine.
Additionally, Vinh says:
“Also, as we feel that V can no longer see enough people (as we head towards the last guy on Earth) to engage with V SH, V will discontinue its VPAKS services. And perhaps then later focus on product quality and or adding more products to the “CATALOG”. All in all, we will adjust properly to Variables as we progress.
I am very Versed at Embracing Change.”
In closing, Vinh had this to say:
“…And importantly exercise logic and respect as I am certain I am the only Chairman that can state that no one will lose with V so as long as I am breathing and working and thinking and moving things along and Leading my Admin with Competence and full Committed Conviction of my Vision.”
Vinh Le’s Iron Man Suit Analogy
Vinh wrote an analogy last year for the various Investors/Partners that he shared with us for your benefit and understanding:
“The “V” System & Concept and its ability to “Convert” (anyone) in the MLM Industry [and even people OUTSIDE of the MLM Industry – i.e. Doctors/Lawyers/Engineers] – is much like that Power Source or “Glow” in the Movie (Marvel Comics) “Iron Man”.
